Please read our booking policies before scheduling an appointment
Rescheduling/ Cancellation
In the case of a client's cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply. Your initial deposit permits one complimentary rescheduled appointment in the event of a cancellation. However, should you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required to secure your next booking. For any same-day cancellations or rescheduling, 60% of the service fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
The new deposit and the fee will be due at your next booking. We only offer three cancellations before you are banned from booking at Spellbound Esthetics, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Deposit
To secure your appointment date and time, please submit the deposit within 24 hours of making your booking. Please note that all Full Sets require a $50 deposit, even for returning clients at Spellbound Esthetics. Deposits are non-refundable. At Spellbound Esthetics we require a card to be held on file to secure your appointment.
late POLICY
Please send a quick text if you're running late to avoid inconvenience. We offer a 10-minute grace period; exceeding this will result in appointment cancellation and a 35% charge before rescheduling. I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
Consistent tardiness, regardless of the duration, may lead to the inability to schedule future appointments. This shows a lack of respect for both myself and my time.
MAKEUP
All lash appointments come with a complimentary lash bath at the start of the appointment. Please come in with NO MASCARA. If you come in with mascara you’ll be charged an additional $10 for the additional cleaning of your lashes. Extra time cleaning your lashes takes away time dedicated to applying your lash extensions. Please note that your set may not be 100% completed if I have to remove mascara during the appointment time scheduled.
Refunds
All services are FINAL. I do not offer refunds after the service has been completed. However, every effort will be made to correct issues within 72 hours of original appointment time.
Allergies
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify me immediately so I can assist you ASAP. If you have had an allergic reaction in the past please let me know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be scheduled before your appointment. Refunds are not given for allergic reaction.
fills
To ensure your lashes qualify for a fill, they must retain at least 40% fullness after removing any outgrown extensions. Fills should be booked within a 2–3 week period; anything beyond 3.5 weeks will be considered a NEW SET. If you arrive for a fill and it turns out a full set is needed, I may not be able to complete the service within the time reserved. Please plan your appointments accordingly.
All fills are scheduled based on time, so it’s important to book the correct service to ensure enough time is set aside. Please note that it’s the client’s responsibility to schedule the appropriate appointment type. If additional time or a different service is needed, a new appointment may be required.
